He put my windshield in crooked last year, I need another windshield this year. I told him about the problems with the last install. He started making excuses, blaming my car for being old and warped. Before he touched my car all the plastic lined up. It maybe be warped now, from not being installed properly by him last time.
I told him bottom line, if you don't put it in straight this time, I will complain to the insurance company. He went off with excuses again. I know better, and I told him to forget it, I will have somebody else do the job. Half way is not good enough for me.

Marshall has worked on several of our vehicles and we would never trust anyone else. We know with Kessler's the job is done right the first time. He's very professional and is always on time. Thank you once again Marshall!

I am extremely impressed with the service I have received from Kessler's! Marshall goes out of his way to help the customer, and I will never go anywhere else with an auto glass problem. He does fantastic work and takes the time to clean up and answer all of your questions! He cares more about the customer than the paycheck, and that is hard to find! Within minutes of having my window smashed, I was back on the road safely with a temporary fix until the replacement window was in. By far the friendliest, most efficient service I have ever received! Thanks! :)

Took forever, and very rude on the phone. When he finally arrived to fix the window, he ended up breaking it more..

Highly recommended by my buddy so I tried him out and I dont regret any of the $258 dollars for my new honda civic windshield. He comes to you for the repair which is great if your a busy person he was in and out in 40 minutes I bet, and no problem with the windshield yet :)

I would highly recommend this company. Marshall did a excellent job. The quailty of his work stands out from any other windshields that i have had replaced in the pass.
