Lamberton Middle School offers educational instruction to students from grades six through eight. The school enrolls more than 500 students, and offers classes in language, art, English, mathematics, social studies, science, French, German, Spanish, music, computers and physical education. Its library contains more than 15,000 books and subscribes to over 20 magazines and several daily newspapers. The school s library also has more than 75 books-on-tape. Its student assistance team provides counseling services to students on nonacademic, nondisciplinary issues that interfere with their success at school. The school also organizes various cultural events, such as festivals and celebrations. Located in Carlisle, Pa., Lamberton Middle School is governed under Carlisle Area School District.
