I eat out at Rillo’s once per week for a business meeting since December 2009. I have to eat gluten free or I’m getting very sick. If anything is in question on my plate, which very rarely happens, I tell the server and she brings it back to the kitchen to verify. Unlike at other restaurants, they don’t just pick the croutons off the salad or take the bread off the plate. They make that dish entirely new. I can tell by the lack of a bad reaction that they really take care of my food. Rillo’s has excellent gluten free choices and if something is not gluten free on the menu, they might be able to accomodate you. So far they have done an excellent job with my food. The servers and the kitchen have excellent communication about this gluten free thing and I never have to be afraid, that I’m getting cross contaminated. My husband and I went to here when we dated. Last night the meal was awful. My friend had to send her's back and order something else because it was burnt and dry. Mine was a trip around the kitchen which looked like they tripped in the kitchen and then picked in up and through it on the plate. The Marinara sauce was like stewed tomatoes. Not the old Rillo's at all. Very pricey for the quality.

Love the food at Rillos! I enjoy going there for special dinners and anytime I want great Italian food! The Seafood Bisque is awesome; always top quality food and service. It's also a great place to hold a special gathering or party...I held my husband's 50th birthday party in their private room! I wanted this to be a very special evening and to me there was no place better than Rillo's!!! The staff worked with me on the menu items, allowed me to decorate and the party was such a success. My husband was so surprised and our guests were very impressed!!!

Over the last five years I have ate at this restaurant and the food has been incredible each and every time. For a really nice meal with a nice atmosphere Rillo's is the best choice in carlisle.

I love going to Rillo's anytime of the year! This Valentines day I took my boyfriend and my mother to dinner at Rillo's and had the best time, best food, best all around everything! The staff was great, our service outstanding and a very wonderful experience!

Consistently good food and service. If you like seafood, try the Seafood (sometimes they have swordfish on the specials menu) Marinette. It is delicious!
