Worst company n service i ever dealt with charge more than original bill reconnect doubles bill 4 days before Christmas. Nice.wouldnt answer phone on disconnect day

I love Santuck Hebron Water Co, especially the lady that runs the office. She is always nice when i have to call and always resolves any issues i may have. Maybe if people paid their bills on time they wouldnt get their water cut off. Any utility company will cut you off for that! Has nothing to do with who takes payments...

I will give Santuck Hebron a 0 for nasty customer service. The woman is hateful and I don't like having to deal with her. I wish she would get fired and someone that has better people skills would get hired.

This Business deserves a 0 star rating but in order to review I HAD TO GIVE 1, they are nasty, hateful and do not care about their customers ... the woman that runs the place will cut you off 5 days before cut off notice says because she wants too and 2 days before thanksgiving. Very Rude, I hope noone has to move to Union county adn have to deal with this lady to have water!!!!!!!!!!!
