ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!



My printer was printing erratically, so I took it in for eval. $69 up-front charge to even have the printer looked at. Got a call shortly after dropping it off that nothing was wrong with it. Frustrated, I went back to pick it up and politely asked if they would refund part of the fee, since they did absolutely nothing. Jeff (the short rude guy) became extremely hostile and had a horrible attitude. Before I left, I asked if I could use their restroom. Jeff said they didn't have a public restroom. I politely stated I am not the public, I am a paying customer. He said the bathroom is out of service. I asked where he goes to the bathroom, at which point, he came around the desk and tried physically force me out of the store.



This place is a joke. How do they treat their customers like this? Reading other reviews, I see I am not alone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!

Great toner prices, friendly service. I would use them again.
