I've been going here since they have opened, the owner owns 3 stores within 3 miles of ea other. The last and Final experience I was given a chemical burn above my ankles in the back of my legs.... The woman put a gel callus remover on my feet then took and squeezed even more in the bags prior to slipping them over my feet! She then decided to take another customer and bring her back in the room for a eyebrow wax I guess! 15 minutes later I had to ask someone else to please remove the bags being my feet and lower legs were on Fire!!!! I had noticeable burns on the back of my legs for over 2 weeks and now have visible scarring!! BTW, the manager of the store knew what happened to me being I complained to her and after paying full price I still did not see the woman that started my treatment nor did I get my feet finished like they should have been. I tried to contact the owner for the next 3 weeks but was told she was on vacation? Never going back!!!!!!
