Hoehn Carlsbad Jaguar is below the bottom of a proverbial crap-filled barrel when it comes to servicing a car. They miss promise dates by literally MONTHS, they damage your perfectly kept car - then have the audacity to refuse to take responsibility for repair or restitution. The service mgr., Jeff, is the worst imaginable at his job. His seriously impaired attitude and narcissistic behaviors are only out-shown by the dealership owners and general managers (yes they have TWO "GM's"), whom are only good at hiding and not once did any of them show up to have a reasonable discussion about the DOZENS of issues related to Hoehns handling of our Jaguar. All of this is heading direct to litigation so I am being asked to go no further into detail - just wanted to give a well intentioned shout-out to 'avoid Hoehn Motors at all costs' .... There are ample other competent places you can have your beloved automobile serviced with truth, honesty, and integrity. Updates are sure to follow ......
