I am just starting my 10th year with this dojo. Having been in the youth class I know that our Sensei and Sempais are capable and eager to help the children grow in their martial arts capabilities. Along with this the program helps to build a strong sense of respect and self-esteem. I currently attend the adult class and am working towards my next belt level. Every person in the dojo is there to help one another get better and achieve their goals. It is a wonderful program that I highly reccomend to anyone interested in learning martial arts.

I trained at this dojo for eleven years (2000-2011). I would and have recommended it to anyone interested in pursuing traditional martial arts. Sensei Sean and his sempeis are dedicated instructors focusing on respect and honor for the art rather than competition and belts. The atmosphere is supportive and encouraging for children and adults alike, and the additional aspects of martial arts (groundfighting, weapon training, self-defense) adds variety to the curriculum. It is also extremely inexpensive for a martial arts studio (less than $100/two months when I trained there).



While I now live out of state, I return every time I go home to train for whatever time I have available. It is my home.
