I had my son enrolled with La Boxing, but moved to Charlotte, NC to where there is no local la boxing. When I first signed my son up with LA Boxing, I spoke with Jeff and he informed me that, because we are military it would not be a problem taking my son out of the membership, but when i called to explain that we are moving and that we will be staying with family and will not a utility bill he stated we would have to pay a fee and was not working with me on this. At this time I did not have the internet and was unable to send an email to the company. I had to change my credit card because they made several attempts to collect for which we were not using his gym. Also I tried explaining that I could show proof of address change and lease of where we are staying and he stated that would not be sufficient enough and we could not end our membership. He yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me twice. I will never use his service and I will do whatever I have to to make sure his company is turned in. He is a horrible business owner and i am beyond disgusted by this.
