The supervisor is loud, rude, and unprofessional. They are scared to allow complaints to go above them. If calls are recorded as they say, some of them in that small office would certainly lose their jobs.



They give inaccurate info purposely and put every consumer in the same category.



"Big fish in a small pond" and they can't handle the head swell.
