Very good pizza and wings. Pizza came out pretty quickly. Sauce is not sweet, which is a good thing. Crust is airy and crunchy. Hot wings were also good. Good sauce. Right amount of vinegar and heat.

The pizza at Primo is delicious! Very light and easy to eat. Ordering online and only taking 5 minutes to pick up was a breeze! Best pizza in Carlsbad!

Primo Pizza and Pasta is just great. Not much I can say that everyone else here hasn't said. If you want good pizza, and a nice atmosphere, go to Primo. Best in Carlsbad without a question.

Pizza is excellent and as for the calzones, every time I’ve got one it comes with a side of marinara sauce, therefore never dry. Super laid back environment, large selection of beers, not a pizza hut kind of place so all the pizzas are hand tossed which make them great. The pastas are large portion and delicious.

Primo Pizza did not disappoint. Staff were friendly over the phone as well as in person. Pizza itself was actually pretty good, perfect amount of crust and pepperoni. Seems like a cool, enjoyable place to sit and eat. If you are in the area and in doubt of where to go and what to eat, Primo Pizza is right next to Ralphs. You cannot go wrong with fresh, out of the oven pizza.

We decided to order delivery from Primo Pizza last night and it exceeded expectations. The pizza was piping hot and delicious and the antipasto was great, with separate bowls, one of lettuce and cheese, and the other of dressing and olives.

Delicious pizza and entrees. Great outdoor eating area, friendly staff, decent prices. Would definitely recommend Primo Pizza. I have been on several occasions and have never been disappointed.

The staff at Primo Pizza & Pasta are very personable and they treat you like family. We also have them deliver to our house all the time and they treat us like regulars. Our fav dish is the Pollo Picatta, but everything else there is delicious and doesn't break the bank. They've got beer and wine and you can see the cooks making your food right there. Overall a great dining experience.

We came in on Friday night around 8 and were able to sit outside on the front patio. Ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was great with an amazing taste. Would definitely recommend.

When we're in Carlsbad, Primo's Pizza & Pasta is hands down the BEST PIZZA place to go. Their salads and sandwiches are good, but their pizza is the bomb. I haven't had the pasta but my husband says it is really good. It's totally chill inside and everyone is real cool. Definitely worth a try! You'll be hooked!

I ordered a Primo Special pizza and can honestly say it's the best pizza I have had in a long, long time. Staff was friending and courteous. Very pleased with my experience.

Their pizza is the BEST! They also have some really good sandwiches and pasta dished. I like to mix it up when I go there. I haven't had a bad meal yet! The owners are a family that work all the time. You will always seem them their helping out. Great local community restaurant!

We love Primo’s Pizza. It's our go to restaurant when we want great food close to home. The pizza is yummy and so are their pastas. They have great specials at lunch - pasta or sandwich or soup and salad.
The people that work there are really nice too. It's a great neighborhood restaurant.

We were craving pizza, so we went to Primo Pizza and Pasta based on a friend's recommendation and we’re glad we did. The food is outstanding---simple but perfect Italian food and superb pizza! We had a couple calzones, breadsticks and a pizza and all were the best we'd ever had (and we've had plenty, including homemade). Prices are very reasonable and the value was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive and we look forward to a return visit.

Primo Pizza & Pasta is a small storefront with big flavors. I had the sausage and pepper sub. The bread was fresh and had a great mouth feel with good texture. The sausage was mild but had a flavor that would've good for most palates. The marinara sauce was seasoned perfectly. This little restaurant I would recommend.

Primo’s Pizza & Pasta is too good. Sometimes it takes a little while for the food to come out, but so worth the wait. I'm not gluten free, but a friend recommended theirs to me so I recently tried the gluten free pizza crust here and, omg, she was too right. Soups are super good too, especially with the cold weather coming around the corner it'll be awesome. I've only tried a couple pastas and they have all been delicious.

What a great neighborhood casual eatery. We walked in and it smelled like an Italian Grandma's kitchen making us very hungry! The linguini with shrimp was delicious as was the lasagna. The food is cooked to order so you can taste the freshness. The prices are reasonable and you get generous portions.
