The manager that I deal with at Property Advantage is very professional and easy to approach. She provides great communication with me about my property, rent collected, etc. I thank her and everyone else at Property Advantage for making the fees I pay worth it.

Any time I have asked for the help or advise of Property Advantage they have been there for me. They were also particularly helpful when I had to refurbish the unit when a long-term tenant vacated.

The outside vendors who have worked at my house have been top quality and reliable unlike my experience with the precious property management company.
