Unipack picked up my cars to transport to Hawaii. They hired a moving company who did a vehicle survey and my Mercedes had 5 X marks upon pick up. When I went to port to pick up the car it had a stolen emblem and over 20X marks. Clearly damaged. When I notified them of the damage, I was asked to pay for the moving insurance and they would Retro the payment to look like I had insurance prior to the move. I told them this constituted insurance fraud and I could not do that. When I did hear back 30 days later, they told me the carrier refused to pay for it and the insurance company said they wouldn't cover it so I asked them to take care of their mistake. Unipack only offered 400.00. It costs 2565.36 not including my time. I would never ever use them again. Unprofessional and made a lot of mistakes.
