I was using their service and was fairly happy with it. That all changed today. I drove up to get my clothes, waited patiently, then handed the attendant two $20 bills to pay for my $22 charge. She handed me back $2 and then tried to argue with me that I had only given her $25. I calmly asked her to open her register and verify that she had not mistakenly placed one of the $20 bills I had handed her in the $5 slot and she refused and continued to argue with me. She may have gotten herself a nice little $18 bonus today, but Red Barn has lost me as a customer forever now because of it. I'll drive to Roswell if I have to... I am not doing business with a place that employs people like that.
