My Mom and I were traveling, and stopped in here to get our truck camper fixed without an appointment. They took us right in and fixed our clamp that holds the popup down. They were quick, friendly, and reasonable. Thank you much :-)

This is in Regards to Mr. Hargroves Impression with Carlsbad RV Service Center and not getting him any help. This unit was under warranty when he asked for help. The warranty company has sat on this issue for the time he talking about and they have never given us the okay to repair or replace what is wrong with his RV. We are the only RV Center in Carlsbad but we are limited to what we can do when the unit is under warranty. We do not have the attitude that we are the only Repair Center and we know it we do our best with the amount of employees we have we do have some issues like all business's but we are addressing those. It is very hard in a small city to get good help but we are making improvements in that area as well. I am sorry Mr. Hargrove has had a bad experience. Maybe he should call the warranty company and see if they will help him. I have tried several times calling them with no help.

They are the only service center for miles and I am guessing from their attitude towards customers they know it. I have been calling them for 3 months trying to get my rv fixed. They have never returned a call despite promising to do so and when I call them they act like they never heard of me. Please if you are a rv tech move to Carlsbad and set up shop.
