Very pleased, our experience with Dynamic Heating &Cooling could not have been better. They squeezed us in the same day we called to check it out, unfortunately the diagnosis was compressor failure, they ordered the part the same day of the diagnosed failure and rerouted their field technicians the same day it was delivered to their warehouse for the installation....Nearly impossible to improve on perfection. THANK YOU

Well overall my mother's air went out in her house she called you for an estimate you came out and gave a real reasonable price $2,500 cheaper than banisters which I don't think you are trying to rip anybody off I don't think you tried to hustle my mother in any way her air went out in one day and you guys were really busy you had other people in front of her but you knew that she needed it ASAP and then you guys were out there in one day it feels real nice in her house today you guys were there for about 4 hours and did a really nice job so thank you again dynamic for making things better around there you guys are truly number 1

We had to have them come out cause our unit was freezing up.They added coolant which worked for about a day.We called them to come back and they told us they'd put us on the list (Cause they knew by then we were under warranty) but gave us no specific time or even a day that they they would come. We called back a few days later to try and get some kind of ballpark figure on when they would come and explained to them that we have a 10 month old baby in the house.They were very uncompassionate and rude and said they were very busy and we were on the list.Today when we called were told that they hadn't been paid by the construction company that rebuilt our house and that if we wanted to pay for it we could but they weren't gonna keep coming for free.Well if you would've done it right the first time they wouldn't have to.They were VERY VERY RUDE to my husband today and here we sit looking at the thermostat saying 90 degrees
