Nice park. Gravel, but clean and no riff-raff. Owners & managers are very kind, polite and we would definitely stay there again, if we went back to the area. They're also building another park with coverings, I believe, so the heat of the sun can protect the rv's. It gets extremely hot there in Carlsbad, NM! I don't know about the laundry facilities because I did not go in them, but if it's anything like the upkeep on the rest of the place, then I'm sure it's great.
