I have visited this Great Clips a few times to get my six year old son's hair cut. I usually go in on the weekdays and have had no problems with anyone there. The staff is usually friendly and inviting, and they usually take the time to make sure I am satisfied with their service. On my most recent visit, I went in on a Sunday afternoon and it was like a different place. The staff was rude and the lady cutting my son's hair did a terrible job. Her name was Erica and the service she provided was terrible. Against my better judgement, I still gave her an 18% tip, as I usually do, which she did not even say thank you for. I would still recommend this Great Clips, but would advise anyone to try going in on a weekday, instead of the weekend, and avoiding Erica as your stylist.

Stopped by this Great Clips for a trim. The salon staff are so nice and welcoming, plus they did a fantastic job! There's no reason to pay more when you can get such a great cut for less! Don't hesitate to try and tell your friends. I know I'll be back!!!!!!
