I called Universe Express moving to hire their movers for moving my grandmother from our home to an assisted living. The moving crew was very pleasant and quick and made a stressful move less stressed! I would recommend Universe Express to all my family and friends.

I had reserved with another company who didn’t show up on moving day, so I called Universe Express who proceeded to send me a crew that evening.

Thank you so much, I don’t know what I would have done if you hadn’t come to my rescue (the new tenants were scheduled to move in the next morning.) I will use your company again, and this time you will be my first phone call.

Moving to FL from NJ, I received dozens of quotes, and Universe Express was one of the higher prices, but after doing my homework checking their credentials I decided to go with them.

Edwin, the job supervisor on pick-up was super nice, managed his crew very well and treated our antique furniture gently, padding with many moving blankets. On delivery in FL (they told me up to 2 weeks, but delivered in 10 days) and the delivery driver even reassembled our beds!

Peter, their company representative was the reason why I choose Universe Express. He was very patient over the phone; I had a lot of questions and he answered them all!

On the move date, I was a nervous wreck- the elevator in my new building broke down and the movers had to walk up 3 flights-which they did without complaining and went only 1 hour over estimate. I appreciate all your hard work guys; I know it was a difficult day. Thanks again-I will use you again when I move out of state next year.

Universe Express really surprised me. The phone rep was very pleasant, but I still had doubts after hearing of many moving nightmares.

On the day of the move, my crew showed up 15 minutes early, smiling moved everything quickly with no breakage into my new apt. And the price$$ came in under estimate! Finally a honest and hardworking company!

Thank you Universe Express Movers. I moved from Edgewater, NJ to Los Angeles, CA. It is hard enough to relocate and get situated in another state. However, Universe Express made it very easy and hassle free. I must say, their customer service department was very helpful and was always easy to reach. I took advantage of the 1 month free storage and received all of my items in great condition when they arrived. Even though the move cost me $5843.00, I got my moneys worth for the amount of items I had to move. Thank you Universe Express and I will defiantly refer you.

I moved from Tenafly, NJ to Manhattan, NY. Universe Express Movers were very reliable and curtious. The only problem I ran into was; there was another company pretending to be Universe Express that showed up to conduct the move. However, Universe Express Movers showed up within the same time frame and they were able to make me aware of a scam another moving company was doing. I am just greatful they were stopped in time and Universe Express handled my move. I will recommend them to anyone looking for great service. Just please be aware, whatever company you book with, make sure the contracts have the company name on it in order for the scam artists not to get you.
