Provided by YP.comWe stayed at your hotel last weekend as a get away for our anniversary and found babysitters for the weekend. We arrived Friday night and found our room clean. I had read reviews about the dated decor and stains on the carpet. And we have a limited amount of money we can spend on fun so the room was cheaper then most hotels and although dated with a couple stains on the floor it was clean and very comfortable. I have no complaints about the room at all!
But another reason we went to your hotel was because of your hot tubs and pool! It's our favorite part of hotels and we will sit around in them 3-4 times a day and just relax. When we saw that the big one was closed we were very disappointed as with the small one it was full most of the time and not so relaxing. And as if that wasn't enough the jets weren't even working on the one spa you had open! So it was like sitting at home in a bathtub with a bunch of strangers.
I understand somethings being dated I understand some stains I do NOT understand things not being clean and sanitary and being broken for an extended amount of time. Someone posted online about the big hot tub being broken two months ago.
I am a Certified Pool Operator and went to class for a week to get that title and there were definitely things in your pool that would have it shut down. Anytime you cannot see the main drains in a pool you have to shut it down. Your main pool was so cloudy from lack of chlorine you couldn't see the drains. Needless to say I did not enter that pool. So we missed out on that part also.

Provided by YP.comThe hotel to the casino was nice. The seating for the concert was a little packed in tightly, would be nice to attend more concerts if I didn't feel like I was sitting on my neighbors lap.

Provided by YPmobileThe buffet has many choices, try and take a little of each thing so can try. The dessert cart is to die for, kids r welcome and you get a discount if u have a Black Bear card. Worth going the lunch is cheaper and plenty to choose from.
