Hacienda Carmel offers active adults, 55 years of age and older, a safe, peaceful, scenic community of 300 individually owned condominium units.Spread over fifty acres, Hacienda Carmel features various sized units including studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and two bedroom "King" units. Monthly maintenance fees are allocated based upon the unit size and include all utilities and amenities, with the exception of cable TV. Residents enjoy access to a wide range of amenities and activities designed to meet the needs of a diverse population of active seniors.
