After meetings with a number of local architects, we hired Sally Ann Smith to assist us in completing our dream renovation. After listening to our needs and desires (including our budget) and carefully evaluating our current structure, Sally Ann presented us with a beautiful concept. Her drawings accurately reflected everything we had discussed and her well priced fees included everything. She made it a priortiy to always be available to us and to our contractor during the build process. Excellent customer service in this day and age is difficult to find but she excels in this area and that makes a big difference in the area of construction. If a beam is in the wrong place because we suddently wanted to make a change or our window placement needs to be reconfigured to capture more of a view, it's not something that can wait until next week when an architect or their assistant can relook at the plans. It has to be addresssed immediately and Sally Ann (not an assistant) was always there for us and always within just a few hours of our urgent phone calls. Needless to say, both our contractor, his subs and our family were infinitely pleased with Smith Architecture Studios.

Smith Architectural Studio did an excellent job on our large scale renovation and addition, from initial design concepts through completion of the project. Design style was organic contemporary.
