My experience with jiffy lube is limiter vut my experience with mechanics is not. I will say the mechanics, Dave, that worked on my car.. the work was pretty straight forward, but the customer care was exceptional. We spent about 1 hr getting the price that was promised. Dave went above and beyond his call of duty and for that I am well pleased. Typically with a place being under staffed I'd choose to look else where, but with the care that was provided, it's enough to keep me as a customer. Anybody can do this work, but only exceptional people care take good quality care of others when called upon. It would have been easy for this man to say "forget about what you were promised, I have your car and if you want it back it's this price" especially with how close to closing time it was. It might have taken a bit longer to get my car back but that's because of the under staffed staff I mentioned earlier. And for all things considered, I give what I feel was earned.
