They're completely disorganized, unprofessional, and the calling the food mediocre is overstating the case.
We were there during a very quiet lunch hour, and it took 15 minutes to get a menu. Employees keep walking by, but not a one stopped to get our drink orders even. That set the tone for the entire 1-hour meal.
I'd strongly recommend saying yourself the pain. It's bad.
