AAAAAAAAA+ customer service!!! We were treated as if we were the most important customers in the world. Very beautiful dresses! We had many dresses to choose from and my daughter found the dress of her dreams. Thank you so much! Very highly recommended!

Never do business with Lucy's bridal. I went here for a bridesmaid dress and it was terrible. First they purposely ordered a dress that was a size too small after having been given my correct measurements. Rather than own up to it I have been given every excuse in the book! It's bridal 101 that you order for a person's largest measurement. Apprently not at Lucy's, here you go with "past experience" and then you make excuses for your mistakes rather than try and fix it. When I asked to speak to the owner the manager never did let me, but continued to give me the run around. It's a horrid store with dispicable customer service.
