I am very upset with this lab center. First, they mislabeled one test so had to return. Then they mislabeled another test and had to return. They said “well, she’s new”. That’s not acceptable. Then I get a bill, call to inquire why and I’m told Medicare did not approve it. By Medicare’s law they should have informed me at time if test. I was supposed to be given a paper to sign if I wanted test done or refuse to have the test. They did not do this. I intend to find another lab center. Very upset that I’m stuck with a $247.00 bill
