HORRIBLE experience here. Had an appointment for an open sided MRI & when I was taken back to the scanning room, it was a closed sided scanner. I explained to the tech that I was supposed to have an open sided. She proceeded to argue with me about this, explaining this one was faster & gave a clearer picture. I explained that my doctor was fine with the lesser quality picture & I was fine with the longer scan time. She was not budging & would not let me do an open sided scan!!! We had a long discussion about this but I was stuck with what she wanted, not what I scheduled & requested. Since I had taken the day off work & already taken the sedation medication they gave me I really had no choice but to do what she wanted to do & not what I wanted!!!!! She had no compassion for me or my requests. There was also a lot of miscommunication prior to the appointment. All in all, I was very disappointed & will not use this facility again or recommend them to anyone!!
