I would only order floral arrangements from Palmer Kelley....and this is just one example of why: I called on a Saturday at 11:40 AM; not knowing that they closed at 12 Noon. I wanted to send a really meaningful arrangement to my precious friend who is terminally ill. I didn't even have the confirmed address for him so I had to call him back but he waited patiently. After I placed my order, I asked him his name because I wanted to let the owner know how this employee had gone above and beyond the call of duty to share some springtime with a broken heart. He humbling replied that he was Tim Kelley, one of the owners. He reassured me it would be a very special arrangement and he planned on delivering it himself. When you order flowers from Palmer-Kelley you are not just sending a floral arrangement; you are sending art. You are not the only one sending love and thoughtfulness but it comes for free with every arrangement that Palmer/Kelley Designs creates. Over the years, their creativity and perfect arrangements are consistent and thus expected. It's their extra heart and selfless kindness that keeps me coming back.

The WORST Florist in Indianapolis. He cancelled on us the week of our wedding! After working with him for 3 months, he gave us only days to find another florist. He was RUDE and had no remorse. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT use Tim Kelley for your floral needs!
