Found a hair wad in my pizza. Almost threw up. The pizza was ok. A little burnt but still pretty good. Until we found the hair wad in my friends mouth.

customer service is bad and pizza delivery is never on time!

I just order a pizza... and it bothered me. When I called PJ's, I was immediately put hold which is fine. Then a guy picked up and I asked him what were the specials. Well he told me of one, then I asked if that was it. After that he asked me "what are you was looking for" in a frustrated way. Then I told him "nothing in particular", "I normally just asked for the specials," in case I hear something interesting. Then he spouted out more and I found something that sounded good. Then he asked for my information rudely. He was like "DO YOU have a phone number" and so on. To make a long story short, by the time I got off the phone with this person, my feathers were ruffled just for a pizza.



OK, the pizza guy just left and because I was paying with a check, I had to call the manager so he could verify it over the phone before the delivery guy would except it, which I've never heard of. I am so pissed. I will never get a pizza at this PJ's location again. By the way, the conversation above was with the manager by the name of Josh, found that out when I had to call about the check.
