I have been a patient of Total Hearing Solutions since 2014. I've always been very pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism of their staff. The firm is associated with Northside ENT, a physician group that has been in practice in Indianapolis and Carmel for forty years or more. I recommend both firms very highly.

Total Hearing Solutions was great from my first phone call. Easy scheduling, got right in at my appointment time, and Ally my audiologist was very informative and accommodating. My issue requires a consult to one of the ENT physicians, and Ally promised to shepherd me through. Good customer service is appreciated these days!

My experience was excellent! Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful if not downright upbeat! Jennifer Lane, Audiologist, is an amazing person and professional! Very patient and understanding, she answered all my questions and conducted my hearing exam with clear instructions and a professional demeanor. Afterwards, we discussed the results of the exam and it was like I was speaking with a close and caring friend! She took the time to understand my life style, financial situation how hearing aids would improve my life! All in all a tremendous experience!

Multiple support staff unhelpful & sometimes rude, phone system unreliable & difficult to get anyone real on the phone when you call in. Audiologists seem good.
