Honest guys. If you forget the coupon or didn't even know there was one, don't worry, they'll probably give you the discount anyway. Had a brake issue recently, and had to get new rear brake pads... I had forgotten that they had replaced them a couple of years before, and they had a lifetime warranty--- so they replaced the pads for free, when they could have easily said nothing, and I would have never known that the pads should be free. That's honest. I have never had them try to up-sell me on service I didn't need, and I've now taken 3 cars to them over the years (a Honda, a Toyota, and a Nissan) ---all with very high mileage before I replaced them. I've also had issues where they couldn't duplicate the (intermittent) issue I was having--- so instead of "randomly" replacing some part or charging me a service fee, they just let me know that they couldn't duplicate the problem, and charged me nothing--- not even a diagnostic fee. I've tried other local garages, and of course the overpriced dealerships, but always come back to this Car-X. Mike (the owner?) who seems to be there all the time, is great to deal with. You don't get the glitz of a dealership, but you also don't pay the high price. The guys are no nonsense mechanics, which is what you really want.

I have 4 cars that need periodic attention and began using this location nearly exclusively beginning a couple of years ago. You will be pleased with Mike and his staff. Not the fanciest garage but always great service at a great price and most of all - someone you can trust!
