Good School, Mr. Dolan takes an active interest in my son. Wether its Parents night out or Day camp our youngin bugs us to be there. We look forward to continuing bringing our son here.

HV kickboxing is the best! It's a great way to get rid of stress from the day and also get a killer workout! The staff is great and they make you feel like family!

lovin the kickboxing class! started with the 3 class trial and by the second class I signed up for 20 more! Samantha the instructor is a great motivator and doesn't let you give up easily...the music is fun and I love the mini workouts in between combo routines on the bags!

i just stated class and it is amazing i am enjoying it so much. the instructor really works with you on an individual level. i have not looked at the clock once to see when class would be over

I love the kickboxing class! I try my best to make it 2-3 times a week and while it's not an EASY workout, I feel amazing afterwords. Friendly and helpful staff as well! As a beginner, I didn't feel left out, or overwhelmed. The instructor is great and really helps you one on one if needed!

I was never a huge fan of going to the gym and working out, but once I tried kickboxing I really enjoyed it. All of the classes push you to work your hardest and all of the staff members are super supportive. There's no other workout that I could say that I actually enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE going to these classes. I have always been into fitness and staying active but having a gym membership was just so boring for me. A friend mentioned trying kickboxing classes so I figured I would give it a try. It was definitely a great decision. I consider myself to be in fairly good shape but each and every one of these classes gives me a great workout. You work every muscle in your body and are sure to be nice and sore the next day! The staff is also great. They never fail to give everyone a great experience and are sure to make new members comfortable. Basically work as hard as you can and give it your all and you will see amazing results.
