Rude and disrespectful man..I took my mothers car for a NY State inspection.I dropped the car off the night before.The following morning He phoned my mother and said she needed wipers and reverse lights at a cost of $150.00. I spoke to my girlfriend who was behind me when I dropped off the car,,,she said she was 1000% sure the reverse lights were working..when I confronted him he went into a profanity laced tirade..he told me he makes so much money that he didn't need my business and didn't have time to talk with people about their cars.I have never been spoken to like that by someone in business.I wanted to report this creep to the DMV but my 84 year old mother is afraid he would retaliate since he really seems like a total head case.I would never spend another dime there and I can't stress enough for people to stay away from this JERK!
