Not a real big showroom but big enough to see a variety of furniture. They are all set up as if it was a living room or a dining room.

We got some new couches here. They have great sales. The deliver was quick and easy. I got in and out quick.

I was hesitant to drive all the way to this location looking for couches but I'm glad I did. I didn't find a couch but I found two lamps and a giant mirror that are fabulous

Great place to buy furniture at. They have a huge selection of everything you can think of. Great prices. They are very professional. They are usually doing a 90 days same as cash deal.

This place has some nice furniture but I do believe they are a little over priced. Some of the sales people can be a little pushy.

PURCHASED FROM FOLSOM BLVD LOCATION--NEVER AGAIN (VERY LOW QUALITY FURNITURE, WORTHLESS WARRANTY)

We picked up a bonded leather sofa from the Folsom Blvd location 12/30/08. Even though the sales lady assured us REPEATEDLY that the sofa would not crack, peel or flake, it started to crack, peel and flake within 2 or 3 years, well within the 5-year warranty period. We had someone from Guardsman (Beck's furniture insurance company) come to take a look at it some time in 2012 (not sure the exact date; have been calling Guardsman to find out, but no one answers the phone). He said it was a manufacturer's defect, but that it would not be covered unless we had accidentally punctured the sofa. They refused to honor their warranty. I keep reading reviews from people who say Beck's and Guardsman refuse to do anything to stand behind their product. We will NEVER purchase furniture from them again, and will NEVER purchase Guardsman insurance, which apparently is also what Ashley Furniture and even Ethan Allen use. More than extremely disappointing--aggravating!

Crap service after the sale!

I purchased a sectional and dinning set. I will start by stating the sales woman Becky was awesome, Meghan in finance has been amazing. After the sale was HELL. About 3 months after I got the couch home the couch began making noise and seemed to slump in ward. (note in my home there are two adults an a senior) a made a call to see about getting someone out to look at it after 3 left phones and receiving no call back. I spoke to the very helpful finance person, who kindly sent two emails to Becks service dept. about a week later the couch with my sick 95 pound mother in-law sitting on it broke! Upset I called back Meghan who had still not received a response from her own company. Eight calls later, yes 8 I had a scheduled service call.... the technician spaced the appointment arriving 4 hours late. only to say "yeah we have had a lot of issues with these breaking were the springs mount" he further added someone would pick the couch up with in 7 days. 12 days later I am again making calls to find out if the couch would ever be picked up. I left messaged for the useless district manager Brad who couldn't find the time to call me or his store manager back, Giovonne a floor manager who again did not return my calls. I finally spoke to a manager Mark who after several phone calls was able to set me up for a pick up 2 weeks later! A very rude woman called to set up the pick up, when she said two weeks I of course was pissed. she advised I could bring the couch there. I stated fine I will drop it off the following Monday, she provided the address. To my surprise I arrive promptly at 9am that Monday to find the repair facility is closed on Sunday and Monday! my wife talked me down from throwing this piece of crap through the front window! I returned home. the couch was picked up the following Saturday. Two weeks an two days later I still had not received a call regarding the repairs. so I again had to make several calls only to find out the couch had not even been looked at yet. nearly 2 weeks later I finally have a complete sectional again, but fear not the story gets better. the person that dropped off the couch advised they had to replace a spring support and add padding. This piece of the sectional sits an obvious 1.5 inches taller then the other three pieces. Please don't go through this hell shop elsewhere.
