Early intervention put me in touch with triad for behavioral theropy for my son. To begin with the therapist took forever to contact me to schedule the first appointment ( my son also qualified for ot and this theropy was through pathways... they contacted me very quickly). The weeks that followed they had a behavior therapist come to our house. Many times she was late. One time she was 45 minutes late. Didn't contact me or anything. Then she started having stuff come up and would cancel 5 minutes after she was to be at my house. Another time she texted saying she would be 30 minutes later than expected but then when that time arrived she texted she wouldn't be able to make it.
My son was to get 2 hour session... But never got any over an hour and a half.
The service plan set in place for him was not followed .... Sadly they failed my son. I would recommend pathways in a heartbeat, but I can not recommend triad. Maybe it was just the one therapist I was given.... But I would hope they would expect more professionalism than what I saw.
