Took my vehicle in for a electronic issue and was quoted a price based on what the book said as far as the time required for the job. However the job took much longer than the time actually allotted. When I picked up my vehicle the lady at the counter tried to make me feel guilty for the lost time spent on performing the job, however the problem still remained. The technician did not do or even recommend putting the vehicle on a diagnostic machine to further diagnose the possible issue. Why I asked myself, is that not part of doing the job to resolve any electronic issues? I spent money on a part that I apparently did not need and the labor to have the part installed along with having a guilt trip placed on me for the excessive time over and above what the book told them it should take to do the job. So what now? I still have the original problem and need the vehicle diagnosed to pin point the true issue, meaning having to spend still more. No recommendation from me for this business.
