The office management is rude and disrespectful. My husband works for a construction company and we were told he was making a "big mess" in the hall and he had to remove his shoes before coming in the complex. He complied and we were still being harassed by management for 3, I counted 3 pebbles of dirt on the stairs THAT ANYBODY COULD HAVE BROUGHT IN. We were then given a "noise" warning saying we were doing laundry EVERY DAY before 7 am. My infant daughter sleeps til 7 and then I change and feed her before we even start the day so no way could I be doing laundry before 7. Again bogus complaints and outright harassment from neighbors and the management. We hear the downstairs neighbor's TV EVERY DAY yet have never complained. We've been told we don't care about this place since we aren't living here "permanently". Um hello, it's an apt. No one stays for life, but we still treated it like home. Whenever we asked maintenance to fix anything, they would come fairly fast, but half the time didn't fix the issue or tried to blame the issues of the apartment and their lack of care on ME. RUDE RUDE RUDE. The non-smoking buidlings' laundry rooms SMELL LIKE SMOKE. Now that's disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you like constant harassment from the management and a poor attitude from maintenance.
