Called Elite Air in the middle of this frigid weather disaster for our water heater not working ,expecting there would be a long wait and then our pipes would freeze. They came out within a few hours ,were efficient and professional. We used them to replace our furnace 5 yrs ago and have always used them since. Highly recommendedRich ,Bloomingdale,Il.

Elite Air just saved me! The coldest day in over 20 years and my heat goes out! I have a one and 5 year old and was very worried we would have to get a hotel last night. I called them LATE and they still came out and fixed my furnace. They were very courteous and informative. No last minute "emergency" extra charge. I was extremely happy with their service.

What a pleasure to deal with this company! I called to request an estimate for my central A/C system to be replaced. Vito came the next day to assess the situation. He called me that evening with a price that was less than other estimates I had received, for what was, in my opinion, a much better unit. Vito and crew were out a couple days later and installation was seamless. They were done in less than 3 hours, then cleaned up both outside and inside and hauled the old unit away. These guys are professional, polite and hugely responsive which is hard to come by these days it seems. I recommend them HIGHLY!!

Elite air has saved the day for me several times. They came out to my house the same morning I called and fixed the AC in my new house within the blink of an eye to ensure that my wife and new born baby would be okay. They drove hours to help my elderly mother in-law and fix her AC in the hot summer. When it was time for a new AC, they gave my mother in-law an unbeatable deal and service. Now, my entire family uses Elite including my sister, her father in-law, her father in-laws manufacturing business, and my brother in-law.

Elite Air Inc.....did an amazing job. They were fast to respond, and prices were great....The techs that came out were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Also the owners are super nice and know there stuff!! Since I had alot of questions!!! Would definitely use always and have referred them to alot of our friends. We won't go anywhere else....

I live about 45 minutes away from my mom who lives in Carol Stream. A couple weeks ago she called and told me her furnace was not working and she had no heat. I went online and found Elite Air and called them. Vito was out in under an hour and replaced my mom's igniter on her furnace. She had heat! These guys were a life saver for me and I can not thank you enough and appreciate how reasonable you were. We have used Elite Heating & Air for years. From installing ducting when finishing our basement & A/C & furnace repairs. They always impress us with their ability to accommodate - even when I am sure they're busy! On one of the hottest days in the summer of 2011 our a/c went out, they came out & diagnosed our a/c & were back the next day to repair & this winter our furnace stopped working (of course on a frigid evening!) they came out & repaired onsite that evening. Totally recommend!

Elite Air was my HVAC contractor on the very high end, Eddie Merlot's, Prime Aged Steak and Seafood Resuarant. They were very knowledgeable about their trade and always had ideas on how to achieve the impossible! They had the manower to complete large tasks when necessary. Good attitudes abound when on site as well. Overall it was a great experience!
