The owner of this place does not care about anything but his money... We rented an RV from them last week that had an Airbag light blinking on the instrument panel, the owner said that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and that the air bag will deploy in case of accident. The RV had no reverse lights, heavy break noise,and a broken recliner cannopy. On the second day and 900 miles away i notice that the license plate sticker has not been renewed since December of 2013. The vehicle lost power going up a 3-4% reclining hill with a traffic jam behind me. On the 3rd day the toilet broke and we were unable to repair it because the the RV tech was too far from our location and or the closest one was booked already.The RV became essentially rental car because of the lack of a bathroom. When we went to return the RV and explain the problems, the owner got upset and told me that this would be the last time I rented an RV from him and then proceeded to promise me a full refund. Mr. Mucerino I expect you to fufill the promise that you made to me: a full refund. I wish you the best in your business with all your rudeness and poor customer service.

I do not recommend this place at all.

recent purchase

I stopped in to buy an anode rod for my RV water heater. They had the part for $18.99 plus tax , so not knowing the cost ,I bought it. At home I checked the part number on line and and found the identicle part for plus or minus $10.00.I can't recommend tis place for realistic pricing.I feel like i've been taken. I'll shop at Barrington Motors RV on Lake St.
