I ordered a 15' prism pole off their website, paid for over night shipping on a Friday afternoon and didn't receive it til Tuesday afternoon. Not only did it take 4 days to get the item, it was the wrong one to boot. I called and told their online ordering individual what the deal was and he was very helpful and told me he would ship out the pole that day and refund my shipping fee. I was good deal. I just got the item and would you believe its the wrong one again... Thats that.. I asked for my money back and told them that they come take these two prism poles and I wont be doing business with them again sorry to say....
