Provided by YP.comI have used them for special occasions for years. They always deliver beautiful flowers and great customer service. For example, this past Mother's Day, I called them an hour before closing, and they happily filled and delivered 4 orders within a few hours. Aaron and Julie are top notch. Best florist on Pleasure Island.

Provided by YP.comThey do not stand behind thier product UNLESS you pay for the full package. But if flowers go bad within 24 hours, they blame it on the wholesaler and then offer no refund, not even a partial. Just state that all florist's have complaints filed on them.

The entire story was not presented in this complaint. The customer asked us to get them flowers from a wholesaler so they could do their wedding flowers themselves. We told the customer that we could not provide any guarentee on the flowers after they leave our shop, because we were not handling the flowers ourselves. We inspected every flower before they left our shop, to the customer's satisfaction. We were contacted by the customer more than a week later stating that the flowers had died. To which we responded that we could not place a guarentee on flowers that we did not care for or arrange, and the flowers were in perfect condition when they left our shop. We are a florist, not a flower wholesaler.
