Very Rude, Horrible Customer Service, Lack of Communication! Booked a reservation with them and got a confirmation email. I then emailed them to ask a few questions about my reservation. They emailed me back and forth several times answering all my questions. I was trying to decide if I wanted the morning or after trip. I emailed them back and told them I decided on the morning trip and was informed that they had gave my reservation to someone else. Can you say SHOCKED! Yes, I was very shocked. How can you give someone else my reservation? How can you communicate back and forth with me and then all of a sudden decide to give my spot to someone else? Can not believe a business would treat their customers in such a way. Why take reservations online if you aren't going to stand by them?
