Life Storage in Carpentersville, IL. will quote you you a good rate for about 6 months, then they will send you a letter saying that because of rising cost they are raising your monthly storage rate. Of course they got you at this point because it will take you a few months to find a new storage facility and move your belongings. I would say look for a storage facility with higher business ethics.

When I signed the lease it was like buying a house with all the overwhelming paperwork. I asked Bob who is the manager about how to end my lease when I move out and he stated "you won't pay for the days you are not in the unit". Well low and behold that's not true so they have my money for the full month even though I moved out on the 11th
