Provided by YP.comI used Carp Glass as they were a local company, but found their service and attitude to be very poor. It was very difficult to set up an appointment with them, and when I was finally able to, they showed up 45 minutes late. The job was a multi day job and when I scheduled the 2nd day (again it was difficult to get them to commit to an actual time), they didn't even show up or call back. The missed 2 more appointments (with no call back) before finally showing up to complete the job, and then I had problems with the installation. They came out to look at the problem and said they would call back to schedule an appointment, but did not. I tried calling them but they did not return my call and did not schedule another appointment. To summarize, it is difficult to get them to commit to an appointment, but even if they do, they will not keep it. Additionally, if there is a problem they will ignore it and not fix it.
