excellent service from booking repair to completing the repairs with a great result. I thought I was goingto have to replace carpet, so cost of repair (very resonable) was well worth it. Sean callled to confirm the appt., then showed up on time, gave me a final estimate, and then did the work. sean did a beautiful job, and used the least amount of carpet taken from a closet. This company delivers and represents a great value for the money.

The young man stretched the carpet in my basement to my full satisfaction. Very nice job.

I had a great experience with Creative Carpet Repair. I sent an email in the morning and got a reply within a couple hours asking to schedule a time. They were able to come THAT AFTERNOON on my lunch break and had my carpet fixed in no time at a great price. I can not stress enough how good the quality of the work was. You simply can't even tell that anything was done to the carpet. If you are in need of getting you carpet patched/repaired, I highly recommend that you go with Creative Carpet Repair. I called http://www.creativecarpetrepair.com and talked to Steve Gordon on the phone. When I told him that my cat scratched my new carpet he asked if I had any extra carpet from the installation. I said no and then he said he could take a piece from my closet.



He sent a man named Armando to do the job. At first I was disappointed that Steve didn't show up to do the job himself but Armando patched my carpet so well that I can't hardly see where the damage was.

I thought my carpet was beyond repair but they fixed it up very nice. They called 20 minutes before they arrived to confirm the appointment and I am totally satisfied.
