A regular customer, I have two vehicles over 200K miles. They do great work and keep it affordable. Are they the cheapest, no, but they will take care of your car like it was their own with very competitive rates.

If you are an assertive woman, who asks questions-be prepared to be talked down to and disrespected. Between December of 2015 and April 2016, I have taken my car in for the same problem, 3 times. 1st visit, it was their suggestion that I replace 2 parts. We decided to try replacing one first to see if that would help, bc it would be a cheaper route. I took the car back in January for the same problem & they replaced the same part for a 2nd time. Yesterday, the issue returned for the 3rd time. I asked the owner why they didn't check other possibilities for this continual problem, and he said, "You can come get your car so I don't have to listen to your smart mouth anymore." After hanging up, he called my work, left a message saying, "This is Yeargan's Automotive. We are getting ready to leave for the day. If you want your car, I suggest you come pick it up. It's 2:45, come get your car." Their business hours are 8AM-5PM, so that message was very alarming and felt a little threatening.

These guys are a joke and not cordial. They will break something or just charge you some outrageous price for servicing your vehicle. They will say it's one thing charge you for it and really it's something else. . They love when you pay with a credit card. They are worst than taking a cab, they keep the meter running...LOL
