My experience with Hearing Unlimited is disappointing. Their "try and buy" sales trick is to tell you that your brain has to become familiar with hearing again and keep adjusting the hearing aid until the trial period is over. Once you own the device you are then told there is nothing more they can do. My hearing device became defective once and they did replace it while it was under warranty. Problem is the replacement device was the same serial # as the original. Seems like they are more interested in selling batteries than anything else. Won't even provide wax filters in the mail without charging.
