For starters, the guy didn’t even ask what length or style that I wanted my nails before cutting them. When he was filing them, he filed the skin on the edge of my nails and it made my eyes water because it hurt. The nails are uneven and some don’t even come close to reaching my cuticles. There are ripples in the polish becahse the nails aren’t smooth, and the polish wasn’t put on evenly. The guy also told me that my nails would be dry, which they were not and caused multiple flaws on my nails from reaching into my purse for my wallet. It’s hard to tell in the picture. I’m a college student who doesn’t do this often so I am just disappointed I spent $30 on nails and ended up hating them. The two men who did my nails were nice, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of just one.

I feel that if you run a business in America SPEEK ENGLISH! I think it is rude not to, are you speaking to me or about me, and they do it loudly. But if they ask you a question in English it is just above a whisper AND you can't understand a word. I won't go back. Their work was OK but I felt very uncomfortable.

I went to Pretty Nails, and they did a really good job on my friends and mine acrylic nails. I would recommend it.

Please don't go here to get your nails done bc they cannot do nails. They did a very poor job on my nails and have the nerve to want to charge a lot of money for bs.
