There is almost always a long line to check out with only one (slow) cashier working. I have asked several times, as politely as possible, could they please get some help at the register. I have received no satisfactory answer. This has been the case since the opening of your new store. I thought maybe the situation would improve once the new staff was trained. Sadly, no. I don't know if you've had other complaints but pretty much everyone I know liked the old store but hates going to the new one. I don't go unless I have to. I've also noticed the Carrollton Food Mart across the street has had a significant uptick in business.
