I really enjoyed my experience at Oak Mountain. Dr. Zercoe must have replaced some staff. The people I dealt with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend a visit and will bring my pet back.

I absolutely love this place! The staff and doctor really know what they're doing. They take the time to get to know the animals and are always excited to see how much my puppy has grown when we come in. I have had no problems whatsoever with anything, I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone!

I alway muzzle my Jack Russell at the vet as she can be snippy like any terrier. They said they were taking her to weigh her, but brought her back with all her shots. I told them I hoped they read her chart and did not give her the part of her shot she was allergic to and they assured me no we were good. Dr. Zercoe came back in to give her another shot because yes they did give her the entire shot. The front desk would not give me an emergency number to use as this was there error. I would have to go to the emergency center over 30 miles away if necessary. They did not call to check on her. I understand mistakes happen, but a little caring from the vet's office would of gone a long way.

Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in any animal hospital. I took my dog in for a shot that normally takes 2 minutes at the most, and these women made me wait close to TWO HOURS!! They asked me for my name close to FOUR TIMES, they were not organized and did not communicate between each other. They did not even know where my file was even though i have been there many times. An emergency came in and these girls, not women just stood there, and had no idea what to do. They claimed that there was only one doctor and that is why they couldn't administer the shot, but a woman who was sitting in the waiting room talking had the nerve to call herself a doctor.After I approached these girls, i asked them how long it would be while they stood there and gossiped. They told me it would be a very long time, although i had waited for two hours. I have been to many animal hospitals and i have been there and these girls were capable of administering the shot to make my dog better and chose not to. They have no work ethic, and do not deserve any businiess.This animal hospital should be shut down, and do not give their patients any sort of service. I would not recommend Oak Mountain Animal Hospital to anyone!!!!
